Not quite a Young Penguins track, rather something else.

It was roughly 1988ish, obviously listening to a lot of Tom Waits at the time and was quite frustrated with the homeless situation and how America in general seems to ignore then as well as disregard the older people of our society more than not. I remember a time when more often than not those with experienced stories to tell were looked up too, but then I guess all the old men ever wanted was really just a buck for a bottle of beer…
